Club management for dodgeball

Your club shop, payments and player progress in one place.

dodgehub is club management software for dodgeball and other volunteer-run sports clubs. Run jersey and merch orders, see who has paid, and track player development, without a single group-chat screenshot.

Free for clubs · Built by a dodgeball player · Used by clubs across Europe

A 30-second animated product tour. Scattered chat bubbles, a messy spreadsheet and “did you pay?” messages snap into one organised dashboard under the line “Club orders shouldn't live in group chats.” Three screens follow: a club shop session where a jersey with a size chart and a name field is added to an open order round, an order list where payment statuses change from Open to Paid and a reminder notification pops up, and a player progress card with skill bars and a radar chart labelled Committee feedback. The video ends with live platform numbers and the line “Less admin. More dodgeball.”

Features

Everything a volunteer-run club needs, nothing it doesn't

From the first jersey order to the last evaluation of the season: the admin work lives in one tool instead of five.

  • Order sessions with date windows

Open an order round with a start and end date. Everyone orders inside the window, then the list is closed for the supplier order.

  • Products with custom fields

Add text, dropdown, colour-swatch and number fields for sizes, names and numbers, and mark them as required.

  • Size charts

Attach one or several size charts per product, as a link or an uploaded image, for example separate women's and men's charts.

  • Member and guest pricing

Set a member price and an optional separate price for external guests on every product.

  • Guest orders via share link

A private link per session lets fans, parents and other clubs order without creating an account.

  • Order status lookup

Guests get an order reference and can check the status of their order whenever they like.

  • Payment tracking

See at a glance who paid. Buyers report their payment, you verify it against your bank, and late payments are handled too.

  • Your club's payment methods

Show bank transfer, PayPal or custom instructions at checkout. dodgehub never collects the money, your club keeps full control.

  • Reminders and confirmation emails

Remind everyone who still owes with one click, and let buyers receive an “order recorded” email.

  • Order lifecycle and fulfilment

Per session: mark the supplier order as placed, record stock arrival, then tick off each order as picked up.

  • Owner, manager and member roles

One owner per club, managers who run the shop, members who order. Ownership can be transferred.

  • Join links with member approval

Share a join link or code and optionally approve every newcomer before they see anything.

  • Team directory

A simple list of everyone on the team with profile photo, name and role, available to all active members.

  • Player progress tracker

Evaluation iterations by a committee, radar charts, feedback for each player and a view of their own results.

  • Feature requests

Vote on ideas or suggest your own. What clubs ask for most gets built first.

  • Several clubs, one account

Belong to more than one club and switch between them with a workspace selector.

  • Light, dark and four languages

English, German, French and Spanish, in light, dark or system theme.

How it works

From first order to handed-out jerseys in three steps

No training session needed. If you can send a group-chat message, you can run an order round.

  1. Create your club

Sign up, name your club and share the join link. Members join, and you can approve each one first if you prefer.

  2. Open an order session

Add your products, set the date window and share the member shop, or a private guest link for people outside the club.

  3. Collect, track, deliver

Orders and payments flow into one list. Place the supplier order, mark the stock as arrived and hand everything out.

Inside the app

Built around the three jobs that eat your evenings

Simplified views of the real dodgehub screens.

A club shop that runs in order rounds

Members pick a size, type the name for the back of the jersey and add it to the open session. Managers see how many units have been ordered before the window closes.

Made for volunteer-run clubs

  • Dodgeball clubs

Jerseys, hoodies, tournament merch and player development for the sport this app was born in.

  • Associations and federations

Collect national-team kit orders from every player in one session, with payments tracked per person.

  • Amateur and youth clubs

Any small club with parents, volunteers and too many group chats can run orders and evaluations the same way.

Behind the app

Built by a player, for his own club

I'm Alex, a software developer who plays dodgeball. Every season the same thing happened: someone had to organise the club jerseys and hoodies, and it turned into a group chat nobody could follow, a spreadsheet with half the sizes missing and a lot of “did you pay yet?”.

So I built dodgehub for my own club first. It had to work for volunteers with day jobs: simple enough that nobody needs a tutorial, solid enough to run a real order with real money owed. Then I kept it generic enough for other clubs to use too. Tyrol Turtles, Dodgeball Luxembourg and the German Dodgeball Association already do.

It is still a small, independent project. If something is missing for your club, tell me. Feature requests are built into the app, and I read every message.

FAQ

Questions clubs ask before they start

More questions answered

What is dodgehub?

dodgehub is a web app for dodgeball and other amateur sports clubs. It combines a club shop with order sessions, payment tracking, guest orders, a team directory and a player progress tracker in one place.

Is dodgehub free?

Yes. dodgehub is free for clubs and every feature is included.

Does dodgehub process payments?

No. dodgehub shows your club's payment instructions (bank transfer, PayPal or custom text) at checkout and tracks who has paid. The money goes straight to your club, and your managers confirm when it arrived.

Can people outside the club order too?

Yes. Each session can have a private guest link. Fans, parents and other clubs order without an account, receive an order reference and can look up their status later. Learn more about guest and external orders.

Which languages does it support?

The app and this website are available in English, German, French and Spanish, in light and dark mode.

Is it only for dodgeball?

No. It was built for a dodgeball club, but nothing in it is specific to the sport. See the page for amateur and youth sports clubs.

Who can see player evaluations?

Only the evaluation committee scores players. Managers decide whether players can see their own results and whether all members can see everyone's published scores.
