Who operates the Service

This policy describes how information is handled when you use this website and application (the “Service”). The Service is run as a personal side project.

Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, processing may include:

• Account data: such as email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you choose to provide (for example display name or avatar).
• Club and activity data: content you or your club create in the app (clubs, memberships, sessions, products, orders, and related records).
• Technical data: server and application logs, IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps, as typical for hosted web applications.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and enforce access rules (for example club roles).
• Understand how public pages are used and how they appear in search results.
• Respond to abuse, errors, or support requests when applicable.

Hosting and processors

The Service is hosted using Supabase, Vercel, and related infrastructure. Data is stored and processed according to their practices and your agreement with them as part of using the Service. Review their documentation and privacy materials if you need detail on subprocessors, regions, and retention.

Analytics and search tools

On public marketing pages, the operator may use privacy-oriented analytics (for example Vercel Web Analytics) to understand page views and general traffic patterns. These tools are intended to avoid identifying you personally and, where supported, do not use advertising cookies.

The operator also uses Google Search Console to monitor how public pages are indexed and shown in Google Search (for example crawl status, search performance, and sitemap submission). Search Console is an administrative tool for the site owner. It does not give the operator access to your in-app account data. If Google site verification is present in the site HTML or DNS, it is used only to confirm ownership of the domain to Google.

When you load the site, your browser may request assets from third parties such as Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical data (for example IP address and browser type) as part of delivering those requests. See Google’s privacy documentation for how they handle that data.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses mechanisms such as browser storage and session cookies (or equivalent) to keep you signed in and remember preferences (for example theme). Analytics on public pages may rely on first-party or provider-side measurement that does not use advertising cookies; you can still limit tracking through your browser settings where available.

You can clear storage and cookies from your browser; signing in again may be required.

Contact form

If you submit the landing-page contact form, the details you enter (such as name, email, and message) are sent to a third-party form handler so the operator can read and respond. Do not include sensitive account passwords or payment details in that message.

Optional support links

If you follow a link to Buy Me a Coffee or similar third-party sites, those sites have their own privacy policies. This Service does not receive your full payment card details from those platforms through normal use of the link-out flow.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for backups, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account where the operator can reasonably do so; some records may need to be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

Your choices

Where applicable law grants you rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection), you may exercise them by contacting the operator. You may also use in-app controls where available.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. Do not register if you do not meet that age requirement.

International transfers

Infrastructure may be located outside your country. By using the Service, you understand that data may be processed in those locations, subject to safeguards offered by providers and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when it is revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
